    Elected as Regional Councillor in 2004, Michaël Moglia was re-elected for a new term in March 2010.     Irena Kregar Segota
    Having graduated in English and French language and literature at the University of Philosophy of Zagreb, Irena has managed to combine, in her professional life, her passion for languages and culture. She taught English and French, worked for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Croatia and for the Puppet Theatre in Rijeka. She has been Chairwoman of the French Alliance in Rijeka since 2003. She is now Advisor for international cooperation for culture of the City of Rijeka and International relations Coordinator for Rijeka 2020, European Capital of Culture.

    Evelyne Biribin graduated from a DESS (Master 2) Management of cultural organizations at the University Paris-Dauphine, and during her carrer had for mission, the management and the programming of various places of spectacles, exhibition and cinema, for the city of Fontenay-sous-Bois. She is also treasurer of the Festival Sons D'hiver and of the Choreographic Development Center of the Department of Val de Marne. Since 2005, she has been appointed to the Structuration and Professional Development Committee of the National Center of Variety and Jazz.

    Giorgos Foutas
    Giorgos Foutas is a member of the board of OPANDA ( Organization of culture, sports and Youth of the municipality of Athens) since 2003 and within the organization member of the working group for librairies. Throughout the years, he helped with the implementation of various projects, including the organization committee of Athens World Book Capital 2018. Apart from his experience at the municipality of Athens, Giorgos Foutas is a lawyer in the Athens Bar Association since 2008. For many years, he has also been for four year a facilitator in volunteers groups, key element in various projects and catalyst for sharing events and spreading the word. Thus he was a member of Atenistas and helped for four years to recruit new volunteers to organize several events such as open talks.

    Pia Bosch i Codolà holds a degree in Philosophy and Letters, specialty Psychology, from UAB, as well as a degree in Advanced Studies from UdG and a degree in Public Management from IESE, Institute of Management. She was an associate professor at the University of Girona. Elected Advisor to the Girona City Council from 1995 to 2004, she was Deputy Mayor in the areas of Social Services, Employment, and Equal Opportunities. She was also regional councilor and socialist spokesperson of the Comarcal Council of Gironès from 1999 to 2004. From January 2004 to September 2006, she was Territorial Delegate of the Government of the Generalitat in the region of Girona, under the government of Pasqual Maragall. Elected member of the Parliament of Catalonia from 2007 to 2011 in the parliamentary group Socialists-Citizens for Change, she was a member of the parliamentary committees of "Social Policies and Immigration", "Women's Rights", "Control of the Catalan Corporation of Radio and Television "and Secretary of the Commission" External Policies and the European Union ". From 2008 to 2011, she was the representative of Catalonia to the Spanish delegation to the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities (CLRAE) of the Council of Europe. He has a particular interest in research in the areas of social, economic and cultural history of transport in the Baltic Sea. He has been the director of Cultural affairs for the City of Tampere since 2006.

    Andrei Ando is the Executive Director of the Communications and Strategies Departement of the Arad County Council, Romania. He teaches communication since 2008 at the Arad State University. He defended a Summa Cum Laudae PhD in Philology. He is the initiator and coordinator of the "Activarium”, a Euroregional Cultural Consortium, operating within the Euroregion in Serbia, Hungary and Romania. The goal of the Consortium is to create a cultural network in order to achieve a joint calendar of cultural events; to facilitate the movement of artists and participants to cultural events st euroregional level; to promote the initiative and creativity; to contribute to social cohesion through culture in the Euroregion. He also partners with the Timisoara 2021 European Capital of Culture Association. With a strong background in the media, leading one of the most important regional television in Romania for 7 years, he won three national awards as a journalist. He also founded two cultural associations and a civic one.
