Le Rendez-vous de Bordeaux
Monday 09 May 2016

Michaël Moglia, Chairman of LIKE, and the Board Members are delighted to invite you to Bordeaux for the second rendez-vous of the year.

08-10 JUNE /2016

Artistic and cultural education represents an issue largely shared in Europe and beyond, nevertheless the definition of this notion is far from being identical from one country to another.

New practices of artistic and cultural education are transforming our relationship to knowledge and are raising new issues, particularly in the context of the actual crisis while unrivaled issues are appearing at both European and local scales.

The role of education in inter-cultural understanding is nowadays growing more and more essential. It is in the perspective of disseminating democratic values and favouring inter-cultural dialogue by promoting open-mindedness to other cultures, that artistic and cultural education takes its full meaning.

LIKE has the ambition to develop new common positions and reflections among our participants, allowing an impact at a local as well as at a European scale.

LIKE opens its doors to elected leaders, professionals of culture, cultural actors, as well as  to engaged citizens to create a meeting point of the different voices of culture Europe-wide.

Le Rendez-vous will consist in debates, workshops and thematic visits, in which we invite you to actively interact with speakers and participants.
